Drafting Support services

Converting Standard Form Contract (SFC) to Transaction Specific Contract

SFC Processes for Other Verticals: SFC to Transaction Specific Contracting does not necessarily apply to retail contracts like the banks loan documentation processes. Legal Due Diligence Support
